Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) is a cloud based software for call centers that replace all physical functionality of traditional call centers. It is a multi channel developed for customers to interact with their customers via multi channels like vice, chat, email and social media. It also has AI for extensive reporting and intelligent customer payment processing.
