Public Cloud

Public cloud can mean a few things.  For many, it simply is another way that describes the large Hyperscaler offerings from folks like Microsoft, Google, and Amazon.  Those offerings are becoming more prevalent across many organizations.  Quite simply, it provides cpu, ram, and storage at a low, monthly recurring cost as opposed to customers buying dedicated servers and building it on their own.  It allows companies to take scale upwards as needed for busy periods of time, but then scale downward during off peak times.

Hybrid Cloud

Not all workloads below in the cloud.  In many cases, there are applications and services that may still sit on physical hardware, or perhaps sit on architectures like the IBM iSeries that require specialized server environments.  Therefore, hybrid cloud describes the ability for organizations to place much of your applications and services in the cloud, but others either on-prem or perhaps in a colocation facility.  But it enables organizations to move workloads to the appropriate locations as needed.

Cloud Modernization

Most companies are looking to modernize and build applications and services on top of cloud architectures.  This gives them tremendous flexibility, redundancy, and access to the latest and greatest technology, and yet simply turn on the needed services as needed typically providing an economical approach.

DRaaS

Disaster Recovery as a Service simply allows customer to replicate their server infrastructure and the date to an offsite facility and, in the event of a failure, typically provides a service to restore the applications and services in that remote facility if there is a declared disaster.  This is typically much easier and more economical than if the customer chooses to build out their own redundant set of servers and infrastructure on their own.
